I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to experience the vibrant nightlife of the city, but also enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is situated in a Soi, where you can find small bars at affordable prices, which lead to the bustling bars of the city. Additionally, the swimming pool was a great amenity. During the day, it was quiet and there were plenty of sunbeds available for relaxation. The staff, although sometimes busy, were generally polite and helpful. I noticed that they were particularly attentive to Chinese and Japanese tourists. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

During my stay at the Holiday Resort, I couldn't have asked for a better location. It was situated in a prime spot, surrounded by vibrant bars and nightlife, yet tucked away in a quiet corner. Plus, the swimming pool was absolutely fantastic, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with plenty of sunbeds available.

Communication Barrier and Noisy Guests One of the major drawbacks was the communication barrier as the staff failed to understand English and other languages. There was a language barrier at reception and no travel desks were available.
